In this workshop, you will learn to use your hands with intention.
Body massage techniques, presence through touch, and a more conscious way of being with those around you.
There is no nudity.
There is no sexual component.
There is real contact, with rhythm and technique, and the discovery that gentle touch is one of the most powerful tools for connection that we have.
