The Kama Sutra is not a catalog of sexual positions, and Tantra is not a guide to having sex for hours on end without stopping.

These are two old (and surprisingly current) perspectives on desire, the body, and encounters with others, presented in a lucid and conscious way.

Tantra & Kamasutra is a 2.5-hour workshop for singles and couples who want to explore, directly, without taboos and with space for sharing, education and humor, what these two traditions teach us about pleasure, true presence and connection with the other.

Let's explore what they tell us about the yoni and the lingam; about mindful touch; about the difference between being in the body and being in the head when we are with someone in an intimate moment. And much more.

The afternoon will alternate between theory and practical experiences because you need to feel in order to truly experience.
