Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount already paid. Waiting List: Cancellations may occasionally occur. If the session is fully booked and you would like to receive an alert in case of a cancellation, please email ola@thejoyspot.co with the subject line ‘Waiting List - session name’, indicating your name and phone number. If there is a cancellation for this specific event, we will notify you. The spot will be available for 1 hour before we pass it on to the next person on the list.
