Ideal for individuals or couples who want to better understand their desires, learn about consent, and discover the main articles and practices of light BDSM. You will leave with more clarity, more confidence (and perhaps a renewed desire to continue exploring). ✨ Initial conversation to identify interests, limits, and topics to avoid for each person or relationship. ✨ Playful and reflective dynamics, according to interests. ✨ For couples: exercises such as symbolic negotiation, fantasy contract, and guided sharing about desires. ✨ Presentation of the main types of kink articles, aligned with shared interests, with explanations about functions, contexts of use, and safe practices. ✨ At the end of the session, you will receive a €15 voucher to use in our online store. -- Facilitator: ✨ Ana Vaz She works as a mentor and educator in the areas of sexuality, relationships, and non-normative dynamics. Through her brand "Ana Vaz Inspire," she challenges conventional ideas of love, intimacy, and power. Trained as a teacher and trainer, she combines this foundation with personal experiences in contexts of positive sexualities, non-monogamy, and non-standard communities. Her work focuses on: - empowering people to discover what they truly want, beyond norms and what "should be." - developing bodily, emotional, and relational awareness in the territories of desire and intimacy. - integrating practices such as power, sensation, and trust in an informed, inclusive, and ethical way. ---- Note: The sessions do not involve sexual contact between participants and facilitators, nor between participants. All practices are conducted in a non-sexualized, educational, respectful, and safe manner.
