Inauguration of "Boudoir at The Joy Spot"

📍 February 25th, 7 PM On this day, we officially open the doors to a new experience at The Joy Spot: the Boudoir service. A concept that combines photography, presence, and personal expression, inviting you to look at your body with more curiosity and confidence. To mark this moment, we invite you to a relaxed meeting in the showroom, where you can learn more about the service, the photographer, and the universe that inspires these sessions. We are inaugurating the photographic exhibition “She Emerges” by Rita Patinha, which will be on display at The Joy Spot until April 1st. There will also be a boudoir photobooth, designed as a light and accessible first experience in front of the camera. Those who wish to participate can do so with a symbolic contribution of €5. More than an inauguration, this will be a moment of encounter, curiosity, and experimentation, an invitation to discover photography as a space for presence and self-expression. --------- "She Emerges" subtly references the Renaissance tradition that depicted women as gentle, sensual, and almost divine figures: a body that emerges from matter with its own light. Here, the female body is not shaped by expectation or the logic of the sexualized gaze that has historically framed it. It asserts itself as a subject. Among translucent fabrics, organic surfaces, and restrained gestures, the figures do not perform for the outside world. They inhabit themselves. Sensuality is not performance, it is presence. Emerging thus becomes a silent gesture of power: occupying space, existing in its own light, being seen on its own terms. ---------
