Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount already paid will be applied. Waiting List: Cancellations may occasionally happen. If the session is fully booked and you’d like to be notified in case someone drops out, send an email to ola@thejoyspot.co with the subject ‘Waiting List - [session name]’, including your name and phone number. If a spot opens up for this specific event, we’ll let you know. The spot will be held for 1 hour before being offered to the next person on the list.
